Gov Ododo Of Kogi Approves  More Appointments For Board, Commissions

….Names nine Zonal Special Advisers

The Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has approved the appointment of board members of the State Universal Basic Education Board, Hajj Commission and Christian Pilgrims Commission.

A statement by the Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Folashade Ayoade named members of the Christian Pilgrims Commission to include:Christopher Ayo Olubunmi ,Executive Chairman, Steven Joseph, Permanent Member one, Barnabas Oyibo, Permanent Member two and Hinmikaye Joe-Dare Babajide, Permanent Member three .

According to the statement, the Governor also approved the appointment of Hon.Sariki Abdullahi Abdulkadir as permanent Member one of the State Hajj Commission while
Mohammed Yahaya Abubilat is Permanent Member two and Haruna Dauda Okuku as Permanent Member three of the commission.

The statement also named
Alhassan Adakeke as Permanent Member one of the State Universal Basic Education Board with Dauda Aliyu as Permanent Member two and Abdulrahaman Aziz Obini as Permanent Member three

The Governor also approved the appointment of nine Zonal Security Advisers of the Federal Constituency in the State.

They include: Hon.Pius Kolawole Yagba, Hon.Abuh Odoma Idah, Hon.Salami Omuya Joseph Adavi/Okehi,
Hon.Mohammed Ibrahim Ayubav Ankpa,
Hon.Goke Oparison Okene/Ogori-Mangogo,
Hon.Adaji Kabiru, Dekina,
Hon.Mustapha Akaba, Ajaokuta, Hon.Moses Olorunleke, Kabba-Bunu/Ijumu and Hon.Mohammed Mudi, Lokoja/Kogi Federal constituency.

Governor Ododo also approved the appointment of Kadiri Mohammed Okeji as Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer, Kogi Enterprise Development Agency to replace
Hajia Rekiya Onaivo Sanni,

Similarly the governor approved the appointment Muktar Atima as the,Executive Secretary, State Emergency and Management Agency(SEMA) to replace Mr.Kolade Isaac who has been disengaged from his position.
