Special Adviser on Media to Kogi State Governor, Mallam Ismaila Isah says the present administration is committed to delivering good governance to the people.
Mallam Ismaila stated this on this week’s edition of State of Kogi, a Radio Kogi Audience Participatory Programme.
About eleven months into the present administration in the State, the Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo has continued to count its developmental strides with the promise to do more.
Mallam Ismaila Isah during this week’s edition of State of Kogi, said the Governor as the Chief Servant is humble and has the ability to connect with the people.
According to him, in a bid to ensure food security, the Governor has invested billions of naira in Agriculture which is currently yielding positive results.
The Special Adviser noted that the health sector is also receiving due attention with renovations and construction of Primary Health Care Centres.
In the Education sector, Mallam maintained that the Governor has made impacts in the Tertiary Schools with free education at the Primary and Secondary school levels.
He added that infrastructure has received a boost as projects initiated by the immediate past administration have been completed by the present government.
A Caller, Wahab from Ajaokuta advised the Government to look into the possibility of establishing a State Television which according to him is long overdue.
