Reflect On The Lessons Learnt during Ramadan – Gov Ododo urges Muslims on the Occasion Of Eid Fitri

Kogi State Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo has called on Muslims to reflect on the lessons Learnt during the Ramadan.

Governor Ododo made the call after observing his Eid-El-Fitr Prayers at the Muhammadu Buhari Civil Center Lokoja Kogi State

Joining thousands of other Muslim faithful who converged on the Muhammad Buhari Eid ground to observe their prayers on Sunday, Governor Ododo admonished Muslims across the Country to imbibe the lessons learnt from the holy month of Ramadan

Government officials were not left out as they all trooped out to celebrate the festive season with the state governor.

Speaking with Newsmen, Governor Ododo urged Muslims to continue to reflect on the lessons Learnt during the Ramadan.

“My message is for us to continue to reflect on the lessons we have learnt during the month of Ramadan, the lessons of Compassion,love peace unity and understanding,Gov Ododo noted.

He congratulated the Muslim on the conclusion of Ramadan and the celebration of Eid-El-Fitr saying they should not relent in praying for the present administration and Nigeria in general.

Governor Ododo called on every sons and daughters of Kogi State to support his administration to build a better and stronger state.

According to him the celebration of Eid-El-Fitr, is another opportunity for Muslim faithfuls to remind each other about the virtues of Ramadan and the impact of the month-long fast on their general conduct.

The Governor appreciated the people of the state for their support and believe in his leadership noting that the support has made him to deliver on his campaign promises and promised not to relent.

In his sermon , Imam Dhahir Hussain says prayer is the key to unlock any obstacles in life and urged Muslims to remember the lessons Learnt during the month of Ramadan in what ever they do.
