Gov Ododo Hosts Little Miss Nigeria 2026 Winner, Aisha Audu

Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo, has received the winner of the Little Miss Nigeria 2026 pageant, 10-year-old Queen Aisha Salau Audu, at the Government House, Lokoja, celebrating her achievement as a source of pride for the state.

Aisha, an indigene of Kogi State and former Little Miss Kogi, emerged as the overall winner of the national pageant, earning recognition for herself and her state.

She visited the governor on Saturday alongside Queen Pristine Somadina Chinedu, who represented Imo State and emerged as second runner-up, winning the Little Miss Nigeria International crown.

The visit provided an opportunity to celebrate the young queens’ achievements and highlight the importance of encouraging children to develop their talents and pursue opportunities beyond their communities.

Aisha expressed appreciation to Governor Ododo for receiving her, pledging to represent Kogi State with dignity and serve as a positive role model to other children.

Her victory underscores the potential of young Nigerians to excel on the national stage when given the necessary support and opportunities.

The Little Miss Nigeria pageant promotes children’s confidence, talent, leadership, cultural awareness and positive self-expression.
