Arewa Youths and Women Association For Good Governance Inaugurates New State Executives

The National President AREWA Youth and Women Association For Good Governance Alhaji Nurudeen Inuwa has called on the new Executives of the association to be committed to the success of the Association.

Alhaji Inuwa made the call during the inauguration of Kogi State AREWA Youth and Women Association For Good Governance in Abuja.

The National President of the Arewa Youth and Women Association for Good Governance, Alhaji Nurudeen Inuwa emphasized the importance of leadership rooted in service and accountability.

“Today, we are not just inaugurating a council; we are laying the foundation for a brighter, more inclusive future for Kogi State. ”

This team represents the hope and aspirations of our youth and women, who deserve a seat at the table where decisions are made,” He said.

The National President urged the council members to prioritize key areas such as youth development, education, security, and economic empowerment. ”

He said the task ahead is enomous and expressed confident that with dedication, unity, and innovative thinking, AREWA Youth and Women Association For Good Governance can overcome any challenge saying Kogi State is a model of progress and good governance.

Alhaji Inuwa noted that the association is working hard to reduced Youth unemployment and number of Children out of school through advocacy visit and sensitization.

In an interview with Newsmen, the Coordinator AREWA Youth and Women Association for Good Governance North Central Hon. Daniel Aduku said said Arewa Youths and Women Association for Good Governance was formed in 2019 , extracted from AREWA Consultative forum to put Governors in the 19 northern states on their toes for a better society.

Hon Aduku said the newly inaugurated Executives is a diverse team comprising individuals from various backgrounds and professions, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise to the table.

The National Woman Leader of the Association Hajia Fatima Aliu Ibrahim tasked women to train their children saying the training of children is the responsibility of women.

She said AREWA Youth and Women Association for Good Governance is all about sacrifice and called on the new Executives to be dedicated and sacrifice to bring back the loss glory of AREWA.

The State Coordinator, Hajia Mariam Oiza Ibrahim shared her excitement and vision: “This is not just an opportunity for me but for every young person and woman in Kogi State who dreams of making a difference. Together, we will prove that inclusive leadership is not only possible but transformative.”
