APC, Working to Take Over South Eastern states As it Prepares Ahead of Anambra Guber

In an effort to take over the entire South Eastern States, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has up their game by focusing on the 2025 Anambra Gubernitorial election

The Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodima The decamped Senator ifanyi Uba and Senator Uche Ekwinife in an entourage of the Anambra APC stakeholders paid a courtesy visit to National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje at the party secretariat in Abuja.

Speaking with Newsmen shortly after the meeting, Dr. Ganduje said effort is being made to integrate Anambra state and the South East geopolitical zone into National politics and have it dominated by APC.

“Today, we’ve the timbers and calibres of APC in Anambra state, they paid us a courtesy call.

“APC is born again in Anambra state. The Liberation, the emancipation and the demarginlization of the South East political zone is born today. we’ll win the next gubernatorial election, the National Assembly, the State Assembly and all other grassroots elections in Anambra state.

“What we’re telling you is that the south east geopolitical zone is coming into National politics and the region will be dominated by APC, and that is why they are here today”, he said.

Speaking, Governor Uzodinma said APC will ensure that the five states in the South Eastern region of the country are dominated by the party.

“Consistent to our desire as a political party to dominate the country, it is important that APC becomes a vehicle for the South East region to be fully integrated into the National project.

“We are determined in our region to be part and parcel of the National project, and we’re going to do our best to make sure that the five states in the South Eastern region of the country is dominated by APC by endearing our party to the people of the region”, Uzodinma said.

Presently, APC is heading two states from the region which include Ebonyi and Imo, while Enugu, is headed by PDP, Anambra, APGA, and Abia, LP.
