The caretaker chairman Ankpa Local Government Engineer Adamu Yahaya Mohammed has Felicitated With the people of Ankpa and Kogi State at large for the successful celebrations of year 2024 Eid-El-kabir.
Engineer Yahaya in his goodwill message after the Eid-El-Kabir prayer expressed gratitude to the Almighty God for his mercy and preservation to witness the great day and appealed to all Muslim faithfuls to be diligent and consistence in the service of Allah.
He urged them to practice what the Holy prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) said concerning the Holy Festival, such as faith love peace and sacrifice.
The caretaker chairman advised youths to avoid reckless behaviour that could jeopardise peace and harmony in the area, stressing that peaceful coexistence and security should be their watch word during and after the celebration.
