The Chairman of Okene Local Government, Alhaji Ahmed Enesi has commiserated with Kogi State Governor over the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo.
A statement by the Media and Publicity Secretary said the chairman on behalf of himself, family, and the entire people of Okene Local Government Area, extend heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, on the passing of his beloved father.
He said ‘The death of a father is a painful loss, especially one who lived as a source of guidance, wisdom, and inspiration’.
“We recognize the invaluable role your late father played in nurturing you into the man of integrity and leadership you are today”
“His legacy of uprightness and devotion to family, community, and humanity will continue to live on”
“At this difficult moment, we stand in solidarity with Your Excellency and the entire Ododo family”
“May Almighty Allah forgive his shortcomings, grant him Aljannatul Firdaus, and give you and your loved ones the fortitude to bear this great loss” The statement noted.
