The All progressives Congress (APC) State Women leader Forum of Special Assistants to the Governor, Hajia Abubakar Khairat has felicitated with Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on his one year in office.
Hajia Khairat gave the commendation in a statement in Lokoja.
According to her ” within the one year in office, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has demonstrated his willingness to transform the state through his people oriented programmes”
She noted that the governor has left no one in doubt of his ability to carry out programmes and policies that has direct bearing on the lives of the common man.
The Women leader urged the governor not to be deterred by detractor’s opinion about him but work towards ensuring that everyone is carried along in the scheme of things.
She commended the governor for his attention to the education, agriculture, roads, prompt payment of Salaries to workers, quick implementation of the national minimum wage as well as other infrastructures and appealed to him to continue in his good works.
Mrs. Khairat appealed to the people of the state to continue to support the present administration of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo to enable him consolidate on his campaign promises
