Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade has been appointed as the National Women Leader of Nationalwide Tinubu Connect Associates, a support Group for the re-election of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This is contained in a letter addressed to the SGS and signed by the National Secretary of the Association, Professor Rabiu Usman.
According to the letter, the appointment is in recognition of her wealth of experience as a Technocrat, Public Servant and Political Mobilizer.
The appointment takes effect from Monday sixteenth of this month while will be inaugurated alongside other Leaders of the Body on the thirty first of January 2025.
The letter reads”I write to convey to you the approval of the PRESIDENT/NATIONAL CO-ORDINATOR of the Nationwide Tinubu Connect Associates (NTCA) of your appointment as NATIONAL WOMEN’S LEADER of the Association.
“This appointment, which is with effect from 16th December, 2024, is in recognition of your many years of experience as a renowned Technocrat, Public Servant and Political Mobilizer, all of which are in line with the Requirements for Appointment into the Great Movement of making Nigeria safe and Great Again.
“This appointment is with conditions as contained in the extant rules and regulations governing this kind of appointments and you are, therefore, kindly requested to indicate in writing your acceptance or otherwise of this appointment.
“While thanking you for your usual progressive bent, please, accept my best wishes for accepting to join this Great Movement aimed at making Nigeria Safe and Great Again.
