The Olu-Adde of Ekinrin-Adde, His Royal Majesty, Olu Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu, CON felicitates with the Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his resounding victory at the Apex Court which upheld him as duly elected Governor of the State in appeals challenging his triumph at the November 11th Governorship Election.
HRM Olu Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu, CON in a Congratulatory message he personally signed and made available to Journalists in Lokoja, the Capital of the Confluence State, said the Ekinrin Adde Traditional Council and the good people of the Community are happy to identify with the Governor on the feat of the Apex Court Victory.
The Olu-Adde stated that the victory is well deserved with clear indication that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is a youthful and resourceful personality, who has been ordained by God to take up the leadership of Kogi State.
According to him, the Governor came prepared for the Governance of Kogi State, saying legal tussles that have distracted him are now a thing of the past and expressed optimism that Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo will consolidate on the achievements of his predecessors.
HRM Olu Anthony Bamigbaiye Idowu, CON also used the occasion to salute the member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Chief James Abiodun Faleke for his unflinching support to the Governor, describing him as a worthy Ambassador and Icon of Ekinrin-Adde Land, Ijumu LGA and Kogi State.
The Traditional Ruler also applauded Governor Ododo for the appointment of Dr. Hellen Adeniyi as Commissioner for Innovation Science and Technology and the presentation of staff of office to the Akinrin of Ekinrin, HRM Oba Johnson Kolade Otitoju (Egbo lona 1) pledging his commitment to ensuring peace in his domain and loyalty of the good people of Ekinrin-Adde Community to the Renewed Hope administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
He offered prayers for the peaceful, fruitful and rewarding tenure in office and called on the people of Kogi State to support the Governor to enable him actualize his lofty plans for the State.
