The Radio, Television, Theatre And Arts Workers Union Of Nigeria,(RATTAWU) has approved the appointment of Comrade Habibat Umar Ibrahim of Kogi State Broadcasting Corporation, Lokoja as Deputy National Chairperson of the union.
In a letter of approval signed by
the Acting General Secretary of the union, Comrade Benjamin T. Gudaku noted that the appointment is in fulfilment of rule twenty subsection B of the Union’s constitution.
“In fulfilment of Rule 20, Subsection B of the Union’s constitution, the National President, Comrade (Dr.) Kabir Garba Tsanni has approved your appointment as the Deputy National Chairperson of the Union. In same vein, he has also directed that same be conveyed to you” the letter reads.
“While congratulating you on this feat, it is my hope that your wealth of experience will be made available for the growth and development of the Union” the letter added.
