The Chairman of Okene Local Government, Hon. Ahmed Nuhu Enesi, has inaugurated Secretary to the Local Government and Supervisors for various departments.
During the swearing-in ceremony which held at the Local Government Council Secretariat on Monday, the Chairman said the appointees were expected to ensuring effective governance and a drive towards development of the area.
Hon. Ahmed congratulated the appointees on their assumption of office and urged them to take their new position as a privilege to serve the people.
He said they were chosen based on trust by the people, hence they must be faithful & diligent in discharging their duties with the fear of God.
The Chairman urged Stakeholders and the people of the area to support the new appointees to enable them discharge their duties by building a favourable and healthy environment for them to serve efficiently.

Supervisors for the Local Government:
1. Hon. Dangana Moses Otuoze – Supervisor for Works
2. Hon. Ikunaye Idris – Supervisor for Budget and Planning
3. Hon. Hajara Sule – Supervisor for Agriculture
4. Hon. Ishaq Abdulazeez – Supervisor for Education
5. Hon. Seidu Sadiq – Supervisor for Health.
