The Oladele John Nihi (OJN) Foundation held its Volunteer Induction Ceremony today at its Secretariat
The event marked the official onboarding of the foundation’s pioneer set of volunteers, who were presented with their appointment letters as they pledged their commitment to the vision and mission of the organization.
It was a day filled with inspiration, purpose, and new beginnings as the pioneer set of OJN Foundation volunteers were officially inducted into the Foundation’s family. The event marked a significant milestone in our shared vision to drive positive change and promote youth engagement in community development.
During the induction, volunteers were thoughtfully guided through their roles, responsibilities, and expectations, gaining a clearer understanding of their contributions to the Foundation’s mission of empowering lives and fostering leadership through service. The session was both enlightening and motivating, setting the tone for a culture of dedication, teamwork, and impact.
The highlight of the day was the presence of the CEO and Founder, Ambassador Dr. Oladele John Nihi, who officially welcomed the volunteers with words of encouragement and appreciation. His message of unity, commitment, and purpose reminded us all that service to humanity is not just an act, but a lifelong calling.
The event marked a new phase in the Foundation’s mission to empower young people, inspire leadership, and promote community impact across Nigeria.
The newly inducted volunteers will now serve as ambassadors of the Foundation, a team of visionary, innovative, and entrepreneurship-driven young Nigerians, ready to learn, teach, and create lasting impact in society.
The OJN Foundation continues to empower young people to contribute meaningfully to community development through volunteerism, leadership, and social impact initiatives.
