The Obaro of Egbeda-Egga, His Royal Highness, Oba (Engr.) Noah Olumide Obademi, has congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo on the Supreme Court’s judgment affirming his election victory.
According to the Obaro, this landmark judgement by the apex court in the land reinforced the democratic process and the will of the people.
The Oba urged Governor Ododo to remain steadfast in his commitment to the development and progress of Kogi State.
He emphasised the need for the governor to prioritise the welfare and well-being of the people by ensuring that the state reaches its full potential.
“We celebrate this judgment as a triumph of democracy and the rule of law. As Governor Ododo begins this new chapter, we encourage him to stay focused on his development agenda, fostering unity, and creating opportunities for all Kogites,” the Obaro said.
The Obaro wished Governor Ododo wisdom, strength, and success in his endeavours, reaffirming the kingdom’s support for the governor’s administration.
