Mopamuro Transition Committee Chairman Gives Land Owners Four Weeks To Clear Or Develop Their Property Or Have It Revoked

The Caretaker Chairman of Mopamuro Local Government Hon Ademola Bello Destiny has warned  that abandoned land within communities across the LGA will no longer be tolerated.

The council boss gave the warning when all heads of security agent paid him a courtesy call in his office.

Hon Ademola Bello Destiny informed the security agents in the area that based on existing law by former legislators to keep Mopamuro clean and healthy, his administration will no longer allow bushy environment in the area.

He said any land that have been abandoned in the area for years will henceforth be revoked.

The essence of this according to the Transition Committee Chairman is to disallow hideout for criminals in the area.

Hon Ademola said those  with landed property in the area are giving four weeks to develop or clear the land or have their land revoked.
