The caretaker chairman of mopamuro LGA Hon Ademola Bello Destiny in order to justify the confidence reposed on him by the former governor of Kogi State Alhaji Yahaya Bello and the incumbent Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo in delivering the dividend of democracy to the people at the grassroots took it upon himself by refurbishing and overhauling the long abandoned grader of the council for proper usage.
Addressing Caretaker Committee members at the council secretariat the chairman said all trunk B roads across the nook and cranny of mopamuro LGA will be graded to enable easy flow of goods and services in the area.
“The grader was in Aiyedayo/ Oroke today to open all feeder roads in the area” The Transition chairman noted.
The traditional ruler in the area who double as the acting chairman of Mopamuro Traditional Council Oba Dr Alfred Aiyedogbon Modupe praised the caretaker chairman for embarking on such laudable projects that have direct impact on the people.
The council boss, used the forum to commend and appreciate the governor of Kogi State Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo for making available resources and support to the people of mopamuro LGA.
The caretaker chairman maintained that the grader will go round all the Ward’s in the area to grade all roads for easy movement of goods and services in the area.
Hon Ademola Bello Destiny also assured members of the public of more dividend of democracy to his people and called on all to support and cooperate with the government of Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
