Kogi NUJ Chairman Inaugurates Committee For 2024 Press Week

A committee has been inaugurated to ensure the success of the 2024 press week of Kogi State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ.

Inaugurating the committee in his office at the NUJ Press Centre, Lokoja, Chairman of Kogi State Council, Alhaji Seidu Ademu said the committee is to work out modalities for a successful press week which is an annual exercise.

Alhaji Seidu said there will be investiture of Kogi State Governor, Alhaji Ahmed
Usman Ododo as grand patron of the union in the state.

He urged the committee to live up to expectations to justify the confidence reposed in them.

Responding, chairman of the committee, Alhaji Adeiza Momohjimoh said they will be at their best to ensure optimal results.

Alhaji Adeiza emphasized that the committee comprised of people with integrity, assuring that they will live above board and called for the support of the council.

Other members of the committee are Director Digital, Ministry of Information Ebenezar Adurodija, Olusegu Oyenibi, Grace Kato and Samuel Atuluku, while Mike Abu is to serve as Secretary.
