Kogi Deputy Gov. Calls For Unity For Dev. Of Kogi East

Kogi State Deputy Governor, Comrade Joel Salifu has called for unity, for the development of Kogi East and the state.

The Deputy Governor made the call when the member representing Ankpa Federal Constituency in the National Assembly, Halims Abdullahi, visited him at his country home in Ejule, Ofu Local Government Area.

Comrade Joel called on the Federal Lawmaker to continue to work for the development of Kogi East and the state.

According to him, Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo was committed to providing purposeful leadership to the people of the state and thanked the federal law Maker for the visit.

In a remark, Halims Abdullahi who is also the Deputy Majority Leader of the House, explained that he decided to visit the Deputy Governor in the spirit of the season and congratulated him on the successful celebration of Christmas.

The Deputy Governor accompanied by his wife, Deaconess Margaret Eleojo Salifu, also visited the member representing Idah Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, David Zacharias Idris, in Ejule Ofu Local Government Area.
