The Kogi State Chief of Staff Alhaji Ali Bello has congratulated the Governor,Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on his victory at the Election Tribunal in Abuja.
Alhaji Ali Bello made this known in a statement through his Personal Assistant Ambassador Kiikpoye Karibo.
He said Alhaji Ahmed Ododo’s tribunal victory is a reaffirmation and also a testament to the fact that the people of the state overwhelmingly gave him their mandate free and fairly during the governorship elections of 11th November, 2023.
Alhaji Bello while reacting to the judgment, applauded the judiciary for upholding the integrity and ethics of the profession.
The statement noted that, although Ododo have remained focused and resolute in the delivery of his campaign promises to the people, the tribunal judgment will put naysayers and detractors to sleep while bracing and strengthening him further for the task of delivering quality leadership and good governance to the people, pointing out that the entire kogites and other residents of the state are prepared and ready to key into his programmes and policies geared towards the overall transformation of the state.
The Chief of Staff also called on the opposition parties to sheath their swords and join the winning team in the renewed hope agenda of Mr President through Alh. Ahmed Usman Ododo, emphasizing that Kogi State belongs to all.
