The Abuja Branch has presented an award of Excellent performance to the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Mr Monday A Anyebe.
Speaking during the the award presentation, the National president of the Association Mallam Abdulrazak Adabara said the award was in recognition of the Commissioner’s contribution to the development of Youth and Sports in the state.
Mallam Abdulrazak Adabara said the Association went into research before the presentation of the award to the Commissioner due to his hard work and dedication to discharging his official duties.
Mallam Abdulrazak Adabara said the Association monitor the Commissioner with keen interest since he assumed office and realized that his performance so far is impressive.
The President of the Youth Vanguard encouraged the Commissioner to continue to do his good job in the present administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo, especially in youth empowerment and Sporting activities in the state.
Mallam Abdulrazak Adabara called on political appointees in the state to emulate the good work of the Commissioner for the rapid development of the state.
Responding, the Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Monday A Anyebe while dedicating the award to the state Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo said the award will spur him to do more to contribute his own quota to the progress and development of the state.
He expressed appreciation to the Kogi State National Youth Vanguard for recognizing his little contribution so far adding that it was the support and efforts of Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo.
The Commissioner dedicated the award to God Almighty, the state Governor Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo and his immediate family and assured of his commitment to always be a good ambassador of Youth in the state.
Also speaking the Acting Permanent secretary of the Ministry Mallam Itodo Yusuf on behalf of the staff and management Congratulated the Commissioner on the award and thanked the Association for recognizing the Commissioner for his contribution to the youth and Sporting activities in the state.
