Kogi State Government has directed shop owners occupying the premises of the Graphics Newspaper Lokoja to vacate with immediate effect.
State Commissioner of Information and communications, Mr. Kingsley Fanwo gave the directive when he visited the Graphics Newspaper in Lokoja.
The Commissioner said the premises of a Newspaper organization should not be used for other businesses.
According to him, if the organization has decided to rent out property, it must be with the approval of the State Government.
He directed shop owners to rebuild the destroyed part of the fence and look for alternative places for their business with immediate effect.
