Governor Bello Presents Successor Ododo to NGF, Joins Colleagues in Christmas Homage to Mr. President

Kogi State governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello, has formally introduced his successor, the Governor-elect, Ahmed Usman Ododo, to the Nigerian Governors’ Forum (NGF) in the  city of Lagos on Tuesday.

The introduction took place at the  Lagos State Government House in Marina, serving as the prelude to the governors’ subsequent visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s residence in Ikoyi for a Christmas Homage.

The Chairman of the NGF and Governor of Kwara State, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, extended a warm welcome to Ahmed Usman Ododo expressing heartfelt congratulations on Ododo’s triumph in the November 11 governorship election in Kogi State.

The governors, alongside Kogi State Governor-elect Ahmed Usman Ododo later paid a visit to the President for Christmas Homage.

The occasion did not only witnessed the exchange of pleasantries but also facilitated substantive interactions with the President, delving into discussions that revolved around issues of national security and the economy.
