Gov Ododo’s SA On  Youth And Students Matters, Oladele John Nihi Urges Women to Register for CVR

The Special Adviser on Youths and Students Affairs to Kogi State Governor, Oladele John Nihi has urged women who are yet to get their voters cards to take advantage of the ongoing continuous voters registration.

Nihi made the call when he received Ayegunle Gbede Women Community residing in Lokoja at his residence.

The Special Adviser, who stressed the importance of civic participation, particularly in the ongoing voter registration exercise, enjoined the women not to be left behind.

He urged the women to encourage others who reside and vote in Lokoja to take advantage of the voter registration exercise to relocate their voter cards to Ayegunle Gbede community.

According to him, the move will enable them to exercise their right to vote in local elections and have a greater say in the decisions that affect the community.

Nihi also encouraged them to support those who have not yet registered to do so, especially young people who have reached voting age.

The Special Adviser expressed gratitude to Aiyegunle Gbede women for their warm reception and engagement, uurging them not to give up in making meaningful impact in the community.
