Special Adviser to the Governor on Information and Communications, Comrade Jacob Edi says Kogi State is making significant progress under present administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
Comrade Edi, a Veteran Journalist stated this in an Exclusive interview with Radio Kogi Network News on Wednesday in Lokoja.
The Special Adviser maintained having been in the system of the immediate past administration, the current landmark achievements of Governor Ododo, is as a result of his indepth knowledge of good governance.
According to him, Kogi State is working under Governor Ododo as he is consolidating on the remarkable achievements of his Predecessor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello.
He pointed out that the improvement in the salary of Local Government workers as well as prompt payment of State workers and pensioners are commendable.
The Special Adviser noted that the Governor believes in Farming, hence the recent flag off of wet season farming with distribution of farm inputs.
Comrade Edi, who expressed delight over his appointment, promised to use his wealth of experience to promote peace and development of the State and solicited support for Governor Ododo.
