Give What Belong To The People  To Them, Ofu LGA Boss Hon Muhammad Musa Lawal Charges People In Authority In The Area

The Chairman of Ofu Local Government Area, Hon Muhammad Musa Lawal has charged people in authority in the area to deliver whatever belongs to the people them.

Hon Musa Lawal made the call while addressing staff of the Local Government at Ugwolawo.

He warned that he will not spare any officer of the Local Government who conner what belongs to the people into his personal pocket.

Hon Muhammad Lawal who described himself as the chief servant in Ofu Local Government, said his administration will be staff friendly if they are ready to cooperate with him.

The Chairman admonished the staff to be committed to their duties, saying that any staff that is committed to his duties will attract some benefits from this administration.

Hon Lawal praised Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo for his commitment to worker’s welfare, adding that Ofu Local Government will key into the Governor’s development strides for the betterment of the people of Ofu Local Government Area.

Similarly, the Vice chairperson, Ofu Local Government Council, Hon Joy Ojali Omaga, assured women workers in Ofu Local Government that they will not be left out in the schemes of things in the Local Government, saying that her administration is women centred.

Hon Ojali who asked the woman to be committed to their duties, and charged them to be diligent in whatever they do, saying that there is dignity in labour.

Earlier, the NULGE Chairman, Ofu Local Government branch, Comrade James Degeli, thanked the Chairman for his commitment to the people’s welfare assuring that the people of Ofu Local Government will do their best for the success of his administration.

Comrade Degeli who charged the staff of Ofu Local Government Council to be diligent and committed to their duty, called on the Chairman to give more attention to staff of the Council whenever there is food palliative to Ofu Local Government.

In a remark, the DPM, Comrade Muazu Alih thanked the Chairman for being transparent assuring that the staff of the Local Government will put in their best for the success of this administration.
