Professor Stephen Ikani Ocheni, a renowned Professor of Public Sector Accounting who is also a former Minister, is set to receive a Special Meritorious Service Award from the Federal University Oye-Ekiti in Ekiti State.
This prestigious award recognizes his outstanding performance in Accounting, Taxation, and Public Administration.
The University’s Senate will confer the award on Professor Ocheni during the 9th convocation ceremony, scheduled for Thursday, February 20, 2025, at Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
This honor is in recognition of Professor Ocheni’s remarkable contributions to the field and his positive impact on society.
