In a bid to stimulate socio-economic growth, Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho has initiated an empowerment scheme targeting the Idah Federal Constituency.
The initiative intends to empower local farmers with the resources they need to succeed, including advanced agricultural equipment and crucial startup financing, to enhance their productivity.
A statement by his media aide Mikail Ibrahim explained that the program included expert-led sessions that inspired participants and fostered a sense of community.
The statement indicated that each beneficiary received agricultural tools, chemicals, and N100,000 in cash.
“This initiative is expected to have a significant and lasting impact on the community, highlighting Senator Echocho’s commitment to the welfare and development of Kogi East.
“Echocho efforts aim to empower constituents and create a better future for upcoming generations.”
