The Chairman, Senate Committee on Customs, Excise and Tariffs, Sen Isah Jibrin (Echocho), has expressed shock and sadness over the sudden death of Mohammad Ibrahim Idris, who died after Eid-el prayer at his Residence, in Abuja.
Alhaji Muhammad Ibrahim Idris was a former member of the House of representatives .

In a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Mikail Ibrahim, Echocho said he was pained over the death of Mohammad.
“On behalf of myself and my family, i wish to express our deep condolences over the death of your son. I am pained over this death as it has cut short the life of a young Nigerian, full of hope and promise for the future of this country. We will surely miss him.”
The lawmaker, who is also the senator representing Kogi East said the death of Mohammad has created a vacuum that would be difficult to fill, urging the family he left behind to take solace in the fact that the late Alh Mohammad lived a life worthy of emulation and was a pride to his parents.
The lawmaker prayed that Allah SWT would grant the deceased eternal rest and the immediate family the fortitude to bear this irreplaceable loss.
