Christmas Celebration: Hon. Nasiru Yahaya Celebrates With Christian Faithfuls At Reformed Ever-christian Church Inye, Ankpa LG

The Councillor representing Enjema Ward 3 in Ankpa Local Government Area, Hon. Nasiru Yahaya Lexo celebrated Christmas with Christian faithfuls in his ward.

The Councillor was at the Reformed Ever-Christian Church Inye during the Christmas service hour where he was received by elders and members into the church.

Addressing the congregation, the Councillor thanked the Church leaders and members for their support and prayers.

Hon Nasiru commended them for the religious tolerance and harmony in the community.

He stressed the need for continued peaceful coexistence in the community saying it was because of the way people in the community lived as one.

The Councillor prayed for continued peaceful co-existence emphasizing that it was in such atmosphere that development could thrive.

He used the opportunity to congratulate them on the Christmas celebration and exhorted them to imbibe the teachings of Jesus Christ which was majorly on love and care for one another.

Hon Nasiru also tasked them to continue to pray for the progress of the community, the Local Government Area, the State and the entire nation.

The Minister of the Church Reverend Aaron Adejoh, the Chairman of the church, Elder John Yakubu and Secretary, Mr. Paul Ugbede among other elders and leaders of the Church showered encomium on the Councillor for his exceptional performance.

They expressed their Joy for attending the service saying that not many remembered to seek the face of God to be able to carry on with their assignments.

They commended the Councillor for carrying everybody in the ward along in the scheme of things saying that within just two months in office the Councillor had rehabilitated three boreholes in the community.

They admonished him to continue to trust in the Lord who would be there for him in all circumstances and prayed for the success of his tenure.
