The Director General Protocol, Kogi State Government House, Alhaji Suleiman Ibrahim PhD has been conferred with an award of Ambassador of Ethics and Conscience by an Anti Corruption Non Governmental Organization, Centre for Ethics and Self Value Orientation.
The Award was conferred on him for adding value to the Protocol Department of the Government House by the Executive Director of Prince Salih Musa Yakubu in Lokoja.

The decoration and confermemt of Award of Ambassador of Ethics and Conscience on Alhaji Suleiman Ibrahim, the Kogi State Government House Director General Protocol is coming few days after Government Ahmed Usman Ododo appointed him as permanent secretary.
Prince Salih while speaking at the ceremony, noted that the Protocol DG was conferred with the honour after a careful review of his activities and that of his activities, describing him as one of the top highly rated most ethically responsible incorruptible Head of Department in the State.
According to him, the honour was in recognition of his commitment to professionalism as a seasoned Broadcaster especially his compliance to rule of ethics, integrity and participatory leadership style.
He applauded him for adding value to the Protocol Department, pointing out that the NGO was established twenty two years ago to hold public officials accountable as it’s anti corruption crusade had yielded positive results.
The Executive Director added that the Award recipient has the integrity to work anywhere in the world, urging him to sustain his good work.
Responding, Alhaji Suleiman Ibrahim PhD dedicated the Award to God and Governor Ododo for giving him the opportunity to serve the State.
He described the Award as that which will stand the test of time and several years of study of the protocol department.
Doctor Suleiman Ibrahim noted that Governor Ododo as a promise keeper has laid the foundation for his appointees to be ethically inclined.
The Director General expressed appreciation to the Board of Trustees and Management of the Centre for the reconciliation, saying it will spur him to do more.
