The caretaker chairman Ankpa Local Government Engineer Adamu Mohammed Yahaya has congratulated the Governor of kogi State Alh Ahmed Usman Ododo and all Muslim faithfuls in Ankpa Local Government Area and kogi state at large for the successful completion of this year’s fasting.
He stated this in his Eid-el-fitr message to the entire good people of Ankpa Local Government Area and the state.
Engr Yahaya expressed his gratitude to the Almighty God for witnessing the Eid-el-fitr celebration urging all muslims to continue in the attitudes imbibed in the holy month and practice the virtues in showing compassion,love, kindness for peaceful coexistence as ordered and exemplified by the Holy prophet Muhammad (SAW).
“It is a time to pray and recommit ourselves to the quest of the salvation of our Local Governments, state, patriotism to our nation tolerance for one another irrespective of faith, tribe, party affiliation and other sentiments for unity of purpose and progress” the Caretaker Chairman added.
