There is no gainsaying that the immediate past first lady of Kogi State,Hajia Rashida Yahaya Adoza Bello,made a lasting giant strides in the firmament of the the GYB years in the state.
True, the former first lady, through God’s guidance and blessings,made positive impacts and purpose on humanity as God’s answered prayers for the poor, the widows and less privileged ones in the state, through her extensive and highly impactful philanthropy during her reign in office.
She was a mother to the motherless, and the youths and women in the state,as she transformed their lives through her pet project.
Hajia Rashida,who has always alluded her life,s journey to God,s guidance and faithfulness is an epitome of beauty and a woman with a deep sense of humanity and spirituality.
She is a woman with a large heart who anchored her works of philanthropy throughout her 8 years tenure in office, on her non governmental charitable organization,known as Kogi Women and Youths Advancement Foundation –KOWYAF.
There is no gainsaying that this commendable initiative of the former first lady, brought succor and sustainable living to thousands of people who benefited from her life changing policies and programs, across the three senatorial districts of the state.
Hajia Rashida was arguably the best first lady that Kogi State ever produced in terms of her significant contributions to humanity and impact on good governance in the state.
The former first lady who marked her 38th birthday anniversary on 2.May,2023 is always quick to describe her life as a miracle and God’s faithfulness.
She emphatically posited in a recent interview that she is eternally grateful to God for the giant strides God has helped her to make while in office for 8 years.
The Edo State born former first lady, holds a degree in Accountancy from the prestigious University of Abuja.
She was bestowed with several awards from notable individuals and organizations, including the honorary award from the prestigious Prowess University,Delaware, USA for her outstanding leadership.
On the whole, posterity will be kind to her as a woman who contributed immensely to good governance in Kogi State from the home front,for the 8 years tenure of her loving husband, Alhaji Yahaya Adoza Bello.
Indeed, she brought honour, impact,respect,finess and glamour to her office.
