The caretaker chairman Ankpa Local Government Engr Ademu Yahaya Mohammed has felicitated With Kogi State Deputy Governor, Elder Joel Oyibo Salifu on his birthday.
Engr Yahaya in a congratulatory message celebrated the Deputy Governor on his new age
He described Elder Joel as a vibrant, intelligent, great influencer and a worthy partner whose commitment and support reflects in the achievements of the present administration led by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo
