Kogi State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development Hon Monday A Anyebe has Condemned the attack by an unknown assailant Agojeju-Odo in Omala Local Government.
Hon Monday A Anyebe stated this while sympathizing with the caretaker chairman and the people of the community.
He called on security agents. to intensify efforts in ensuring lasting peace in the area.
The Commissioner condemned the killings, said the incident is worrisome, describing the attack and killings as inhuman.
Hon Monday A Anyebe called for thorough investigation into the recent killing with the view to bring the Perpetrators to justice.
The Commissioner lamented that inspite all the efforts and resources towards ensuring peace by the present administration some mischief makers who do not mean well for the people of the state still attacked the community.
The Commissioner called on the religious body in the state to continue to pray for continued peace, unity and stability of the state for growth and development of the state.
