Cost of Living: Ayoade Visits Orphanages, Promises to Use Her Reappointment to Add Value To Kogi

Secretary to Kogi State Government, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade has promised to use her reappointment to add value to the governance of the State.

Mrs. Ayoade made the promise during a visit to three orphanage homes in Lokoja to commemorate hee Reappointment.

The visit to orphanage homes by the Secretary to Kogi State Government, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade was through her Non Governmental Organization, Folashade Ayoade Initiative for Widows and Orphans (FAIWO).

The SSG noted that her reappointment was an act of God, saying she is committed to adding value to the governance of the State.

She noted that she will also use her reappointment to affect the lives of orphans and widows positively, noting that such act is service to God.

Mrs. Ayoade appealed for support for the present administration of Alh. Usman Ododo in his quest to build on the legacies of former Governor Yahaya Bello.

The SSG, who was accompanied by wives of some Cabinet members and her teaming supporters expressed optimism that Governor Ododo will not disappoint the mandate of the People.

In her remarks, the Proprietor, Rehoboth Children’s Home Lokoja congratulated the SSG on her reappointment and prayed God to grant her all that is needed to succeed.

Other Orphanage homes visited are, Stagi Cornerstone Orphanage and Ministry of Mercy (MOM) orphanage as foodstuff, toiletries and cash donations were made to the homes to the orphanages as well as presentation of gift items to the widows, music, dance and refreshment.
