The Chief Medical Director of the Reference Hospital, Okene, Prof Solomon Avidime has felicitated with the government and people of Kogi State on the Christmas and New Year festivities.
In a statement by the Head, Media and Information Department, Abigail Ayindero-Oyenibi, the CMD noted that the yuletide season is a time of showing love and expressing joy among the people.
Prof. Avidime, while acknowledging the role of the management and entire staff of the hospital in providing medical services to the people of the State, urged them not to relent but resolve to do more in the coming year.
“As we approach the end of the year, I would like to extend my warmest wishes and deepest gratitude to each of you. I am truly grateful for all that you do to make this medical facility a world-class institution.
Your dedication, expertise, and commitment to our patients is truly admirable. I am so proud to be part of this team, and I look forward to continuing our work together in the new year.
May the spirit of the holiday season fill your hearts with joy and peace”, he remarked.
Professor Avidime also extended greetings and appreciation to the outgoing administration of Governor Yahaya Adoza Bello, for the foresight to establish a world class hospital for the overall wellbeing of the people and wished him and his cabinet a splendid Christmas and wonderful New Year 2024.
He assured on behalf of the management and staff of the hospital that same cooperation will be accorded to the incoming administration of Alhaji Usman Ahmed Ododo with a view to achieving the aim of establishing the medical facility.
