The Secretary to the Government of Kogi State, Mrs. Folashade Ayoade has advised the member representing Yagba Federal Constituency to join the ruling All Progressives Congress.
Mrs. Ayoade stated this while speaking at the flag off of the rehabilitation of over fifty seven kilometres road held at Igbagun, Yagba East Local Government Area over the weekend.
The SGS noted that the political future of the Federal Lawmaker is in the ruling party.
She said the door of the ruling party is open to all progressive minded people, who are ready to join forces with Government to meet the yearnings and aspirations of the people.
According to her, the present administration of Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo is consolidating well on the achievements of the immediate past Governor in the Area of health, education, agriculture and infrastructure development among others.
Mrs. Ayoade however expressed satisfaction with the quality representation provided for people of Yagba land by Elder Abejide, describing the flag off as a step in the right direction.
