Governor Ododo Condoles with Former Clark of the National Assembly Muhammed Sanni Ataba Over Mother’s Death

Kogi State Governor, Ahmed Usman Ododo has condoled with the Family of Former Clark of the House of Representatives and chiroma of Ebira land Alhaji Sanni Ataba over the loss of his mother Hajia Sefinat Omonori in Okene.

Governor Ododo who paid a condolence visit to the family during the three days Fidau prayer of the mother of Shiroma of Ebira land Hajia Sefinat Omonori sympathized with Alhaji Sanni Ataba and the people of Ebira land and Kogi in general.

Governor Ododo noted that the late Hajia Sefinat Omonori sacrificed her life for the peace of Ebira land saying she lived a peaceful, and fulfilled life worthy of emulation.

“The last time I came here, Mama prayed for me and gave me only one advice which is that I should continue to serve humanity. Little did I know those words were his last words to me.Mama lived a selfless life and what we can do for her now that he is no more is to continue to pray for him.

“Mama is no more but he left a legacy that we will continue to build on and that is the legacy of peace among all Ebira people . By the special grace of God, the Government of Kogi State will not turn her back on the family and the entire community”, the Governor said.

He urged the people of Ebira Nation to remain united and supportive of his administration stating that the people of Ebira land must come together in peace and unity to move Kogi State forward.

Speaking at the occasion the Ohinoyi of Ebira land and Vice President Kogi State Traditional council Alhaji Muhammed Tijani Anaje said Hajia Sefinat Omonori will be remembered for her motherly role not just to her children but for the entire Ebira Nation.
He thanked all the dignitaries present for coming out emase to attend the burial and urged to continue to live in peace with another

The son of the decease and Ciroma of Ebira land Alhaji Muhammef Sanni Ataba thanked the Governor and his entourage for the visit and prayed for the repose of the soul of her mother Hajia Sefinat Omonori
