The Kogi Ladies Future Archivers Movement has congratulated Alhaji Ahmed Usman Ododo on the affirmation of his victory by the Supreme Court, describing the judgment as victory for the nation’s democracy.
A statement by the Founder of Kogi Ladies Future Archivers Movement, (KLFAM) Miss Hasiyat popularly called Mama Cita on Monday said with the verdict, Governor Ododo will continue with his transformation agenda for the people of Kogi State and tackle some of the challenges facing the State without distraction.
She also congratulated the Kogi State Chairman of the ruling All Progressive Congress, (APC), Alhaji Abdullahi Bello, noting that the victory is a reflection of the acceptability of the party.
The group said the APC under the present leadership in Kogi State would lead the party to more victories at the forthcoming Local Government election and urged members of the opposition to put the election behind them for the State to move forward.
“We heartily congratulate our amiable Governor on the affirmation of his mandate by the Supreme Court.
“It is a call to duty and we the Kogi Ladies Future Archivers Movement
are confident that with the removal of this distraction, Kogites will continue to experience more development under Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.
“We call on the opposition to put the election behind them and support the present administration to enable Governor Ododo achieve his campaign promises for the people of Kogi State”she added.
